Buying Homes in Today's Market Buyer Workshop
A class designed to inform buyers of all types, about all types of homes on the market right now.

We show you who to turn to for rehab money so you can buy a fixer whether you are an owner or investor. These classes are not homebuying 101, they are advanced information for buying right now and how best to navigate and purchase for equity and profit. By preparing for the market, and being prepared to purchase, buyers can literally save tens of thousands on real estate purchases.
Savvy Homebuyer and Investor Workshop
This workshop is more in depth and define the aspirations of the savvy homebuyer and investor. We will show you our methods of finding the best deals in the market place today. We show you how we use the brokers at Blu Dot Realty to provide us with the information and knowledge we need to make informed decisions that make sense and money. By running the properties through a "filter" we begin to spot trends in each area. We use our collective experience, market insights and high dollar software to do our research, plus some of the usual reporting methods available. It is what we track and how we track it that is important. Don't worry, we are not selling information or books and tapes. We are here to share some ideas on how we analyze properties, spot trends, identify potential deals, make reasonable estimates for repair, and use our professionals when it is time to execute. Real estate is not rocket science but it does take the help of pros. Come join us, there are plenty of great ideas and methods which we will share making it well worth your time.
Property Showcase
The most informed buyers and investors are the ones that know and understand this market, how to buy, and most importantly, what properties to buy. During the Property Showcase portion of the workshop there will be 7 properties showcased which have been chosen by our team of agents at Blu Dot Realty. The 7 properties we feature are what we feel represent compelling values, and will be selected from our list of pre-sreened properties based upon our investment model and will be selected the day of the workshop based upon attendee desires in so far as location and property type. Each property will be previewed during the property showcase and then you can select which to visit during the Property Blitz immediately following the Property Showcase.
Break Session
After the showcase we will break for lunch so you can escape to your favorite place but don't be late to the first stop and make sure to get your information packet before leaving. It shows you the route we will take on the Home Blitz. During the break, make sure to meet one of the mortgage pros from Mortgage Express, or one of the Blu Dot Realty agents. The mortgage professionals have already matched the property with many options to finance and have special breakdowns for them. PDX Homeblitz will feature East and West side properties. The next weekend we will showcase more properties and you are invited to attend as often as you like. If you have certain requests, mention them when you register and we can add your type of product early, or just email us and one of our agents will assist you addressing your indivivual needs.
PDX Homeblitz
This is not a bus tour, so you are free to visit all properties on the tour, or only those properties that are of interest you. If you want to skip one or run an errand between we make it easy. We are not here to trap you into our vans and keep you all day. We want to earn your business, and if you find a home on our tour our hope is that you work with our team when buying. Much hard work has been put into the presentation and tour.
Just before departure we will hand out packets of the 7 homes. You will jump in your cars, travel to the first home on tour where one of our Blu Dot agents will be waiting to show the home. Dress warm. Many bank owned homes do not have electricity or heat. Be prepared. Some homes are not in good repair, but this is where the best discounts are. Each home will be spaced 30 minutes apart, 15 minutes for viewing and 15 minutes for travel.
Any time during the Homeblitz you can fall back and write an offer, especially if you have been pre-qualified and financing is in place. At the end of the tour, you can depart directly from the last home. If you find a home that you like, by all means, the agents at Blu Dot are there to help negotiate for you.
